Article yet to be complete. Once I’ve had the time, I’ll be detailing my experience with this appalling company, whom also trade as Spa Serve.
Before buying from this company, my advice is to do a good search of Google and you’ll find some disturbing stuff on Trade Price Hot Tubs / Spa Serve. They were even featured on Watchdog when they were called Insparations. Also, do not believe the review sites you read; it appears the company have an agreement with reviewcentre.com to remove negative reviews. I have a screen shot – of which I will post later – showing 12 negative reviews and zero positive. I’ve contacted Review Centre on several occasions to find out why they were removed, but have failed to receive a response.
